This form is for golfers who would like to submit a rental set request for the tournament.

Rental sets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make sure you submit your request early!

Each rental set is $65. This will be due at the Coyote Creek Pro Shop when you check your rental set out on the morning of the tournament.

All rental sets come equipped with a starting ball pouch with 6 Callaway Supersoft balls. Tees are not included.
